A. Nature of the Platform

VineLinkups is strictly an online logistics marketplace and technological discovery hub. We do not employ, manage, control, or monitor the individual hosts, creators, or celebrities listed on this platform. Every profile operates as an independent third-party entity. We provide booking software coordination—nothing more.

When booking a real-world session, you agree to obey all local, state, and national laws. You will not threaten, stalk, harass, or make unvetted recording captures of any host without prior express written consent. VineLinkups reserves the absolute right to ban user accounts, discard sessions, and notify authorities if user behavior violates basic safety thresholds.

D. Monetization, Cancellations, & Refunds

All pricing rates are set transparently dynamically. Payments execute via protected third-party vendor checkouts. Because booking spaces secure individual host availability, all finalized platform payments are strictly non-refundable unless a formal host-side failure occurs or a severe vetting error is approved by system management.

2. Privacy Policy

A. Zero Data Brokers Promise

We respect data sovereignty. We absolutely do not sell, barter, lease, or distribute your identity parameters, personal records, email coordinates, or digital behavior logs to outside advertising networks or data-mining conglomerates.

B. Technical Data Infrastructure (Supabase)

Your tracking properties, credentials, metadata arrays, and processing sequences are processed securely using Supabase Cloud Database Fabrics. This secure storage stack operates behind modern access control protocols to keep user profiles insulated from external malicious scanning vectors.

C. Payment Gateway Anonymity

Financial credentials, banking paths, and plastic cards are passed instantly to encrypted processing centers. VineLinkups’ primary servers never process, witness, or store raw financial secrets inside our local backend code structures.

D. Deletion & Accountability Requests

You own your profile footprint. If you decide to pull your access profiles or cleanly erase your booking logs from our active Supabase tables, you may invoke a complete administrative database purge at any time by triggering a support request through corporate channels.
